First snow

I woke up this morning to snow.  Usually I am not a huge fan of winter, but this year it feels different.  When I looked out the window to the soft fluffy flakes falling to the ground I smiled.  When the sun was fully awake, I could see how beautifully it decorated all the houses on my street.  It was so picturesque, even a sweet little deer was standing out front snacking on the bushes just outside our front window.  So as soon as we dropped big sis off to preschool we came home and i took out the camera.  It was not a ton of snow, a light dusting really, it was just enough snow to make for a really sweet picture.

I would like to take a moment to welcome you to my blog.  This is a place for me to organize and share all that inspires me.  This is only the beginning of this little journey but I am looking forward to sharing what I know, what I love, and what I learn with YOU.
